- To assist in the creation of advertising, online advertising, event banners, email campaigns, EDM , online promotions etc.
- To assist in managing and monitoring all social media activities and campaign performance activities.
- Proactively searching for leads opportunities from Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms/channels.
- To assist in report generation and compilation.
- To maintain tracking reports of communication activities.
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.

- Prioritize on final year student (Minimum 3 months)
- Act as the primary point of contact for leads generated from all marketing channels, including but not limited to inbound inquiries such as phone call-ins, WhatsApp, website leads, email campaigns, social media, and events.
- -Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit based on defined criteria and client profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Setting appointments for the sales team & collaborate with them to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary information for effective follow-up.
- Continuously track and analyze prospecting activities, including key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated.
- Provide regular reports and updates on prospecting activities, performance, and recommendations for improvement to management.
- Stay up-to-date on the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections during lead interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align prospecting efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year’s experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Mass Communication, or any other related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage potential customers.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficient in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as ZOHO would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, B2B Business & Marketing would be a plus.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.

Responsible for overall administrative tasks, follow-ups, coordination for internal and external parties. To assist superior on the preparation of sales reports and relevant documentation for weekly/monthly reporting to management.

- Perform keywords research to accommodate to clients’ requirements.
- Provide technical SEO analysis and to recommend enhancements to our Client.
- To communicate and meet up with clients as and when necessary on technical support-related matters.
- Handle all aspects of SEO, both on-page and off-page, to ensure all SEO campaigns are accurate and effectively optimised.
- Perform content analysis and provide enhancement suggestions including content, title tags, keywords etc.
- Monitor, analyse and interpret projects’ performances to develop and to enhance SEO strategies.
- Communicate closely with team members and to manage the projects developments, timelines as well as results.
- Responsible to review, analyse and produce periodical report on SEO campaigns’ management, recommendations for improvement along with status of key performance areas and key performance indicators.
- Conduct research on clients’ brand and products, discuss clients’ core message and target audience and produce high quality content.
