What is credits and how it works?
A credit in this case means all the changes/requests included in the first initial email.

All packages do include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, changing images or text.

Charges do include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, creation of content or building out a new website or subdomain.

What are the scopes of work in website maintenance service?

What is the usual response time and resolution time?
We get a lot of questions about response and resolution times here at LOCUS-T! Here’s the most honest answer we can give you – it depends on the ticket. Here’s how it works:

When you email a support ticket, you will receive an automated response right away, if it is submitted correctly into our system.

Within 1-8 working hours you will receive a response email from our website maintenance team that we are looking at the complexity of it and will let you know the estimated resolution time and when it has been resolved.

Within 24-78 hours you will receive a resolution email with the changes made on that ticket. For tasks that involve charges, it will take up to 7 working days.

Do you clean up malware?
Malware is a serious issue for any website, and the great news is that anyone on our Enterprise Website Maintenance Plan get malware removal included in their plans.

Our team of experts will scan the site, clear out all malware and check the site for any vulnerable areas such as outdated themes and/or plugins with known vulnerabilities.

After malware has been cleaned up, our team will create a security setup to harden your website to protect against future attacks.

Do you provide SEO services?
SEO is a long term challenge. We always recommend working with our Locus-T SEO team who can fully review your site and help you achieve your website goals.

Terms & Conditions For Web Maintenance Package

  1. Upon signing this agreement, the client agrees to LOCUS-T’s Terms and Conditions and authorize LOCUS-T’s employees the rights to manage and optimize the online campaign.
  2. By signing up and submitting this service order, you acknowledge and agree to the details of the service order and payment terms. The service order, once signed, is non-cancellable.
  3. Any applicable tax, duty, levy or other government charges, including but not limited to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) and 6% Service Tax (ST only applicable on ads spend budget for Google ads and Facebook ads) are to be borne by the client.
  4. LOCUS-T reserves the right to add / remove / edit the Terms and Conditions whenever necessary.
  5. Upon signing this agreement, all the Terms and Conditions from the prior agreement shall be void and will be superceded by new LOCUS-T Terms and Conditions.
  6. Domain is only included for 12 Months plan. 3 Months plan must subscribe separately.
  7. Disclaimer:
    (i) LOCUS-T will propose Keywords based on the website content and clients who have specific Keywords requirement shall inform LOCUS-T in advance. The Keyword Ranking Tracker in this package is not applicable for LOCUS-T’s SEO clients.
    (ii) For websites that are not developed by LOCUS-T, clients are required to provide their Google Analytics account.
