ThriveTogether Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the #ThriveTogether Referral Program by LOCUS-T Sdn Bhd (“LOCUS-T”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the program. By participating and submitting a referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The program is open to:

  • Existing LOCUS-T clients (active or past).
  • New business partners, collaborators, or affiliates who wish to refer potential clients to LOCUS-T.
  • LOCUS-T employees including interns. 

1.2 Employees within the Marketing, Sales & Business Development Department of LOCUS-T Sdn Bhd, and their immediate family members shall not be eligible for participation.

1.3 Participants must be aged 18 years and above and reside in Malaysia.

2. Eligible Services

2.1 Participants shall be rewarded only for referrals that have successfully signed up for any services offered by LOCUS-T, subject to the applicable service terms and contract requirements.

3. How the Program Works

3.1 Participants must submit details of prospects through LOCUS-T’s official referral form. In the case of bulk or corporate referrals, submissions may be directed to [email protected].

3.2 LOCUS-T’s sales team will contact the referred prospect within forty-eight (48) hours upon submission.

3.3 Upon the referred prospect signing a contract for an eligible service within ninety (90) days of the referral submission date, the participant will receive an automated email to provide banking details.

3.4 A referral shall be deemed successful only when both:

  • The referred prospect signs a contract for an eligible service within ninety (90) days of the referral submission date, and
  • The first payment is received and verified by LOCUS-T’s Account & Finance Department within the same ninety (90) day period.

3.5 Reward payment shall be processed via bank transfer within forty-five (45) days from the date of the successful prospect’s first payment.

3.6 In the event that multiple participants submit the same prospect, the reward will be granted to the first verified submission based on the system timestamp.

4. Reward Structure

4.1 Each successful referral entitles the participant to a cash reward of RM 500 and entitles the referred prospect to a cash rebate of RM 500, provided that the referred prospect signs up and makes payment within ninety (90) days of the referral submission date.

4.2 There is no limit to the number of prospects that a participant may submit.

4.3  Participants shall be responsible for their own income taxes under the reward structure.

5. Validation and Payment

5.1 Once the referred prospect is verified as a successful case, LOCUS-T will notify the participant via an official email.

5.2 The Account and Finance team will verify payment receipt before processing the reward.

5.3 The referral reward will be issued solely to the individual who submitted the referral. Participants are not permitted to nominate, assign, or transfer the reward to any third party.

5.4 LOCUS-T reserves the right to withhold or cancel reward payments in the event of:

  • Invalid or incomplete referral information
  • Duplicate or fraudulent submissions
  • Referrals submitted on behalf of ineligible individuals (including employees from restricted departments and their immediate family members), or any attempt to circumvent programme eligibility requirements
  • Cancellations or payment reversals by the referred client
  • Failure to close the deal within ninety (90) days of referral submission
  • Failure to receive or verify the first payment from referred business within ninety (90) days of referral submission

6. Data Protection and Privacy

6.1 All personal data collected under this program shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

6.2 By participating, the participant consents to LOCUS-T storing and processing personal data for the purposes of communication, reward distribution, and program administration.

7. Program Modification or Termination

7.1 LOCUS-T reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the #ThriveTogether Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.

7.2 Any changes to the program or these Terms & Conditions will be updated on the official LOCUS-T website.

7.3 LOCUS-T shall not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from such modifications or termination.

8. General Conditions

8.1 LOCUS-T’s decision on all program-related matters is final and binding.

8.2 Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other benefits or credits.

8.3 LOCUS-T reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant found to have violated these terms.

8.4 By participating, participants acknowledge,agree and consent to LOCUS-T using their name and likeness (if applicable) for promotional or testimonial purposes related to this program.
