The Challenge

With over a decade of experience in manufacturing health supplements and beauty products, NCS Science faced several challenges in strengthening its digital presence. The existing website was not aligned with the company’s corporate identity, lacking consistency in theme and colour. It also wasn’t mobile-friendly, resulting in poor accessibility across devices. Additionally, the enquiry form design and flow provided a subpar user experience, leading to reduced engagement and fewer qualified leads.
