Let’s look at your roles :
- Act as the primary point of contact for leads generated from all marketing channels, including but not limited to inbound inquiries such as phone call-ins, WhatsApp, website leads, email campaigns, social media, and events.
- -Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit based on defined criteria and client profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Setting appointments for the sales team & collaborate with them to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary information for effective follow-up.
- Continuously track and analyze prospecting activities, including key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated.
- Provide regular reports and updates on prospecting activities, performance, and recommendations for improvement to management.
- Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections during lead interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align prospecting efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Desired Education & Experience:
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year’s experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Mass Communication, or any other related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage potential customers.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficient in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as ZOHO would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, B2B Business & Marketing would be a plus.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
