Let’s look at your roles:

  • Manage and execute payroll processes and personal data administration to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and Company policies.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax including required preparing HR related reports, analysis and documents to various parties and stakeholders.
  • Administer and manage compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies, prompt handling of employees’ enquiries pertaining to payroll or compensation & benefits related matters.
  • Participate in compensation and benefit surveys, collect and analyse data, and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of an effective compensation and benefits programme.
  • Responsible for executing the Employee Engagement activities as and when required.
  • To support the department in daily functions of HR and Administrative duties, on-going HR projects and initiatives.

Desired Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Certificates in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates or at least 1 year working experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll field will be an added advantage
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
